About O’BT_

O’BT both received their RIBA Architecture Part II Accreditation from the Mackintosh School of Architecture, Glasgow. Both Breffní and Ben graduated from the Masters course with distinctions..

Breffní O’Brien was awarded her BSc Honours from the University College of Dublin. She worked in professional practice in Cork, Ireland before joining a collaborative design and build project in Naweni, Fiji where she gained additional site knowledge and construction skills.

Ben Tipson was awarded BArch from the University of Nottingham. Ben worked in the Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham for three years prior to moving to Glasgow. Whilst in Birmingham, he worked on many Listed Building projects and has an interest in working with existing fabric.

Between them they have spent a collective of twelve years studying and have six collective years in professional practice.
